RATES
Monday to Thursday $2,000 per day (subject to negotiation)
Fridays and Sundays $2,000 per day (subject to negotiation)
Saturdays (DAY + EVENING) $3,000 (subject to negotiation)
Film and multiple day rates to be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

AVAILABILITY
MONDAY - SUNDAY, 7am to 2am
We would prefer to have your event booked 30 days prior, however, we're very accommodating in a pinch.

PARKING & LOCAL AMENITIES
There is plenty of street parking on Queen, Lisgar and Dovercourt with three City Run Blue and Green P lots within 100 yards of our front door. Additionally, there is a parking lot adjacent to the building (paid). THE is one block east of The Drake Hotel, 4 blocks east of The Gladstone Hotel, and directly across the street from Nyood Restaurant.

TYPES OF EVENTS
PERFECT location for film and television shoots, board meetings, product launches, book and magazine launches, fashion and cultural parties, press conferences, weddings and engagement parties, birthday parties, etc.. Have it formal or let your hair down.

SPACE
There are two main spaces available with a large hallway joining the north and south galleries. The Studio Space has limited availability, The north gallery space including the entrance foyer is 1265 sq ft.
The South Gallery space including the hall entrance is 777 sq ft.
The Studio Space (where Holmes makes his masterpieces) is 936 sq ft.

Thrush Holmes Empire is a contemporary studio and gallery complex with 3,100 square feet of SUPERCOOL real estate available for your special event needs. The complex features front and back gallery spaces as well as a large open studio. Each space may be rented separately or combined depending on what your event necessitates and what your heart ultimately desires. The empire has been renovated to feature exposed brick walls, soaring ceilings, warm hardwood and concrete floors and a massive street level window. The building, formerly Lady Western Garment Factory, is located in the West Queen West Art & Design District and is a high profile Toronto hot spot. THE is available for corporate or private functions such as luncheons, receptions, product launches, screenings, film and video shoots, weddings, you name it. We're flexible, sharp, and refreshingly FUN.
